LaGay moved to Pensacola in 2002 when her husband, then a Senior Chief in the U.S. Navy, received PCS orders to NAS Pensacola.  She received her Florida real estate license in 2004.  However, her real estate roots extend back to the late 1980’s in South Carolina when she worked in a law firm as a legal secretary and began preparing real estate closing documents.  The last real estate position prior to entering the sales world was that of a real estate closer in Biloxi, Mississippi.

 

LaGay moved frequently with her husband’s military duty station changes and had several different careers to help support the family.  Having to relocate as much as she did gave her a thorough understanding of the stresses related to moving, especially for the military community. As a result, LaGay decided she wanted to help those in similar circumstances. She received her certification as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and a Florida Military Specialist (FMS).  Also, LaGay is licensed in both Florida and Alabama.
