Pensacola has always been home for Chastity Guidroz. Raised in a military family with deep local roots, she returned to Pensacola at 16 and has called the Gulf Coast home ever since. Chastity’s interest in real estate began early, from sketching floor plans to visiting open houses and Parade of Homes with her mother. At 20, she entered property management and later began investing in and flipping properties. These opportunities gave her hands-on experience while providing the flexibility she valued while raising her family. She always knew becoming a REALTOR® was part of her future, and in 2024, the timing was right. Today, Chastity serves buyers and sellers throughout Pensacola, Perdido Key, Pensacola Beach, Gulf Breeze, Navarre, Pace, Milton, and surrounding Northwest Florida communities.
