Writing a Great Agent Bio
A strong bio builds instant trust with buyers and sellers. Keep these points in mind when writing yours.
Write in First or Third Person — Be Consistent
Pick one voice and stick with it throughout. Third person (“Susan specializes in…”) feels professional; first person (“I specialize in…”) feels approachable. Both work — just don’t mix them.
Highlight Your Local Expertise
Buyers and sellers want to know you know the area. Mention specific communities, neighborhoods, or market knowledge that sets you apart on the Gulf Coast.
Include Certifications & Specialties
Designations like GRI, CRS, ABR, or SRES add credibility. If you specialize in condos, vacation rentals, new construction, or military relocations, say so clearly.
Add a Personal Touch
A brief mention of your connection to the Gulf Coast — where you live, how long you’ve been here, hobbies — helps clients feel like they already know you before the first call.
