This plan utilizes multiple forms of media including the internet, print and partnerships.

The internet plays a critical role in reaching potential guests across the globe. Pointe South properties are exposed on our two primary sites: www.PointeSouth.com and www.SouthernResorts.com. We receive a tremendous volume of unique visitors daily, by implementing a methodical SEM plan. We also partner with other vacation portal sites to maximize the exposure of your property.

Pointe South, as Southern Vacation Rentals, maintains a year-round print campaign maximizing brand exposure in target markets and entice potential guests to visit our website and/or call. Our reach to potential guests is remarkable by advertising in magazines, newspapers, guidebooks and many special cooperative publications.

Reservations Call Center

Key to our marketing and advertising plan is the ability of our reservations department to close the sale. Our reservations call center is staffed with Vacation Planners well-trained in sales and the nuances of every property we manage. Maintenance

Inevitably, every property will need upkeep. At Pointe South, we have on-staff maintenance crew as well as on-call support 24 hours a day to handle emergency issues. Our team understands the critical role that guest satisfaction plays in our mutual success.

Accounting

At Pointe South, we provide detailed and accurate monthly statements to all owners. Statements are posted on or before the 10th of the month and include detailed information. Additionally, funds are deposited directly in to owners’ bank accounts simultaneously. Statements are available to owners 24 hours a day via the OwnerLink.

OwnerLink

Pointe South maintains a section of our site designed for you-the owner. Through OwnerLink, owners can view on-line statements, work orders, rental availability and more.

Long Term Leases
