Our housekeeping and maintenance staff are well-trained, reliable and insured.  We conduct background screenings on our employees along with continual training thru Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP).  In addition to turn around service, we offer inspections, concierge service, deep cleans, and storm preparations.  Pointe South also offers annual  maintenance plans for current clients and individual service plans for an hourly rate.
