I have stayed in several condos in Perdido Key and dealt with several managment companies. Point South was by far the best. The condo itself is lovely with every ammenity you could need. When we walked in, it was spotless! Would definitely stay here again and again.

Had a great time in this condo with it being right on the beach. Large pool and hot tub. Condo has a huge master bedroom with a sliding door right onto the balcony. All the amenities of home with the sounds of the gulf. Listen to the waves all night. Got up early to walk the beach. Condo was quite after 10:00 pm. We had a great time.

The service received from Pointe South Vacation Rentals was superb. When we had a couple of concerns, a short call was all that was required. The home was gorgeous and had all the extras. The view with the floor to ceiling windows was beautiful. The warm lap pool was a bonus. We were a group of four, and we each had our own space. The large shower and jacuzzi tub had to be the favorites...plus of course the lovely view. Even the lanai was a wonderful size. A couple of times the jacuzzi in the pool area was not working, so that was a bit disappointing. And it would have been nice to have had the larger pool heated. However, we most certainly would vacation at the Palacio again!
