We found Cheryl at the front desk to be of great help and very pleasant. The unit I1804 was very roomy and fairly well appointed. The dishes were chipped and needed to be replaced. The complex was very good with a hot tub, a small heated pool and a large seasonal pool. There were a number of restaurants within a 30 minute drive from the complex. We rented the unit for a month but felt the area might be better for a week or 2 stay. If you like to hear the sound of the ocean, as we do, it is the place to stay. Point South people were pleasant and when we had a problem they responded promptly.
