This was our second year in a row staying at GC properties and we had a great time once again. I really enjoy the access to the beach and the kids love the pool at night. This is a great place if you have small children because there is none of that "Spring break" atmosphere. The service here is great, both times we have stayed, our condo was ready and available early. The staff are very nice and knowledgeable. We are planning on making this our yearly vacation and are trying to get more of our extended family to join us. Great place, can't wait until next summer!

"We love Perdido Key" 06/7/10

The Condo was very nice, it was really clean, there were only a couple of things we would have changed if we could have. We would have really loved the bed if it was a King size instead of a queen in the master bedroom, we have a King at home so it is hard to make that adjustment although the mattress was comfortable just not roomy. Also, the kitchen wasn't stocked very well, there wasn't even any salt and pepper so that was alittle different than what we were used to. normally they will give you at least 3 dishwasher loads of soap etc. And the path to the beach was closed so we had to go pretty far to get to the beach. I know they were working on a new path but we weren't told that in advance and we would probably have gone to the beach more if the path had been openned. But other than these things we really enjoyed out time there.
